Focussing On This One Thing Will Transform Your Health

I was working with a client once who felt fatigued all the time and got ill A LOT.  I was explaining to her that the key to overall great health starts with a healthy liver.
 
She said “Yeah, you know this because of all your training.” 
 
I said, ”No, I know this because I was chronically ill for a long period of time.  Then I learnt how my liver played such a key role in my very symptomatic body and started to care for my liver in a way I had never done before.  In fact I didn’t even know anything about my liver’s role in my body.  It turned around my health, my life, my relationship….I became a functioning human being again.”
 
I am in the best health of my life now, but whenever I am feeling low on energy, a bit run down, not sleeping so well, or feel a cold or other virus coming on then my liver is my first focus. Always.

There is no way I could have created the life I have now without learning about these steps to cleanse the liver.
