The pace of life has never been so fast and the demands on women have never been so great. Trying to juggle life and stay sane can be really tough. I didn't realise how much I used to struggle with stress and anxiety until they weren’t there anymore.
Just like the fable about the boiling frog...
How do you cook a frog so it doesn't notice? You put it in a pan of cold water and turn the heat up slowly until boiling.
This is a great metaphor to show what I am pointing to. When life changes gradually, so that our day to day experience becomes more and more challenging, then we become slowly accustomed to it, however unpleasant it may be. Just like the frog, we don't perceive the danger of the state we are in, until it's too late.
I look back on my life and how it used to be before the stress and anxiety made me chronically ill and it's unrecognisable to the life I live today. If you are curious to experience how different life could be for you too, then I am running an UNMISSABLE event this month.

Today I'd like to share with you a free audio gift that points to the understanding I will be teaching at the weekend event. It has profoundly changed both my life and that of my clients.
